Which size miniature should I order?

Miniatures come in many scales, so choosing the right size can be tricky. If you tell us the height you want the final model to be, we’ll recommend the correct size option to order.

Can I order the model in a bespoke size?

Yes — all our miniatures are fully scalable. We can print your model at any size you require.

How do I keep multiple models to the same scale?

Simply email us your STL files along with the height you want each model to be. We’ll ensure everything is scaled consistently before printing.

What is the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is up to 5 working days. Smaller figures are often completed sooner, while larger or bulk orders may take a little longer.

Can I request a faster turnaround?

Yes — if you need your models urgently for a game or event, let us know. We’ll do everything we can to prioritise your order.

Will my model include supports?

No. All supports are removed before dispatch.

Do I need to wash or clean the model?

No. Every model is washed, cured and fully cleaned, ready for priming and painting straight out of the box.

What size are Hero Forge models printed?

We print Hero Forge models at the supplied scale, which is typically between 40–50mm in height.

Do you accept custom miniatures?

Yes — we can print any STL file you provide, whether purchased or custom‑designed.

What if my model arrives damaged?

If your model is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Your order is guaranteed to arrive safely.

What materials do you use?

Most miniatures are printed in high‑quality grey resin, ideal for painting. Epic multi‑part kits are usually printed in light PLA. If you need a specific material, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3 working days. International orders usually take 1–2 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, tell us and we’ll fast‑track it where possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available for orders over £50 (UK), €120 (Europe) and $200 (USA).
