Product Description
Create your own hero and we will print it for you!
1. Create an account at HERO FORGE (www.heroforge.com) or http://desktophero3d.com
2. Download the 3D file (Usually .STL or .OBJ)
3. Purchase the 3D File from Heroforge (Or alternative)
4. Upload your STL on the order page or email it to us: sales@paragonstar.co.uk
5. We will process your file and confirm your purchase.
6. After printing we will clean off any support material and send out your Hero!
Resin Printed at 50 microns for intricate details in a neutral grey.
We print all files at 100%, default scale for Hero Forge will be about 30mm, 1:60. Most standard Heroes are approx.35mm tall.
* Please select the 'Mounted' option if your Hero has big wings/is larger than a standard figure.
** Mounted" and "Unmounted" refers to whether or not your figure is riding a beast.

All models are supplied unpainted
You can supply the bases attached or separately, entirely your preference.
TURNAROUND TIME: 3-5 working days. If you need your miniatures for an important gaming session, please let us know. We will do our utmost to assist you in receiving them in time
Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
