Creatures of the Sea

Bloody awesome mini, but these are a challenge for the right paint job. Because the details are so perfect on it, that it's s difficult to figure out what to do.

But i will post a photo when they are done.

The Darkheim beasts are all very nice, but this one really stands out, with a design ethic that feels something like Giger by way of the BloodRayne games as appearing in Carpenter's The THING with just a hint of Monstrously Embittered Freak Mutant Pilchard thrown in for good measure...
Which is to say, it's thoroughly horrible.
Look forward to getting this one painted and setting it loose in Dunwich or Innsmouth... maybe even the streets of long-suffering Arkham by night...
Lots of great detail, with a diorama base with an equal level of detail. Quality print; required no clean-up. Pleasingly foul.

The base alone is a work of art and would make a very nice centrepiece for a bit of Steampunk terrain... If you have any requirement for a crest-headed, spindly, four-armed, one-eyed Thing, you've just found the answer...

This entity is what we scientists refer to as 'clinically gross'. One of those beings that seems to delight in being emphatically disgusting, binge-feeding on anything and anyone in range and, no doubt, reeking foully.
Assembly is very simple and actually quite gross as well, slapping one layer of bloated dollop on top of another - and then sticking lots of arms on the sides.
Another excellent Darkheim beast to irritate my main characters with its loathsome presence.

Three heads and distinctly too many limbs, apparently not all from the same species, make this freakish, crawling, Giant Undead Chimaera a very pleasingly disgusting sight. Damned big too...
Definitely not something to pick a fight with - unless, like my main character, you're a psychotic renegade Demoness who actually LIKES fighting such things. For fun...

Very large, extremely hideous and definitely over-equipped in the limb department...
A pleasingly horrible Eldritch Abomination that towers over the average 32mm figure, this one's just slightly tricky to assemble as the more loathsome limbs you attach, the less practical places remain to grip the thing whilst attaching yet more limbs. But assuredly worth the effort.
A quality print with a lot of very fine detail, all of it disgusting, arriving promptly, securely packed, Paragon Star's service exemplary as always.

I have now ordered twice from Paragon Star and very please with the final print quality of the mini model I designed with Hero Forge. If anything it is more detailed and refined when compared to officially branded minis sold in hobby stores. 100% recommend to others if you are looking to print Hero Forge minis without paying exorbitant shipping prices.

Fantastic model fast delivery

I totally love this thing! I'm not even sure why, but I really like it and had to get it in a nice, huge scale. Utterly loathsome and hideous with just a touch of the adorable about it (possibly I'm just weird) it's one of my favourite in RocketPig's always impressive range, excellently printed by Paragon Star, arriving with no clean-up required, ready for priming and painting. Anyone wanting a truly monstrous and aberrant Undead Animal should consider this loveable, lumpy fiend. (Used with 32mm figures, so the BIG version I got obviously has very outsized human skulls all over the skull version base, but I painted them with stone colours as statue parts - there are numerous skeletal statues in the area of the table this thing calls home).

Grotesque and loathsome, bog-lurking toad thing - misprinted a couple of times and I was sent the misprints too, making for additional even more mutated horrors (many thanks!)...
